The aviation industry can hit emissions goals, but new fuels need to take flight first. Really!

How stupid is that! Thanks to state of the art technology, which will further reduce the need for in person business and conference and other non recreational air travel!

So what is the point of such articles or reports other than to parrot Global Warming Hoax and Climate Change Religion propaganda and demagoguery like "pre-industrial levels" and "1.5 or 1.75 degree Celsius".
So laughable!!

The non profit International Council on Clean Transportation is funded by e.g. Hewlett Packard related foundations. Is ICCT possibly violating original donors intent? I bet! Not only that it is a radical organisation: "We have less than 15 years to cut global CO2 emissions in half, and 30 years to get to net zero if we want any chance of limiting global warming to 1.5 degrees Celsius. It can be done."

"Cutting carbon emissions from planes is going to be difficult—but not impossible, according to a new report by the International Council on Clean Transportation.
The report outlines possible paths for aviation to reduce emissions enough to do its part in keeping global warming at less than 2 °C above pre-industrial levels, the target set by the Paris agreement. It says that about 60% of emissions reductions are projected to come from low-carbon fuels, with the rest coming from efficiencies, and lower demand. ..."

From the report summary:
"... Overall, we conclude that new technologies under development can cut aviation CO2 to near zero in 2050, but that immediate action is needed from governments to peak emissions this decade to put aviation on a 1.75ºC pathway. Either atmospheric carbon removals or curbs to traffic growth will be needed to meet a 1.5ºC temperature pathway."
