Would a warning shot not have been enough to stop the group from advancing any further in this situation? I think so. Was this a case of use of excessive force by a police officer? Quite possibly!

Hopefully, the settlement money (whatever the final amount) will be put to good use!

Since January 6, 2021, there have been multiple reports since then suggesting that something was odd with the security of the U.S. Capitol on that day.

This is just another big scandal for the Dimocratic Party and their pathetic January 6th show trial!

It is almost as if the Dimocratic Party (represented by the 81 year old nutty and erratic House Speaker Nancy Pelosi) wished for and enabled the breach of the U.S. Capitol by protesters on January 6th. A very risky move for political gain!

Here are just some, certainly incomplete notes about the oddities:

1. How much was known and anticipated in advance of January 6th about the protesters intentions/plans to assemble at and visit the U.S. Capitol?
2. Various public video footage of the event suggested that law enforcement staff at the U.S. Capitol seemed to almost invite the protesters to come into the building and feel at home.
3. There is also not entirely unfounded speculation, whether embedded FBI agents dressed up as protesters where outside and inside the building going along if not inciting. Current FBI Director Way during hearing in the U.S. Congress was very evasive in his testimony about  related questions!
