Italy's Meloni Cracks Up India's PM Modi In Viral Video with team Melodi

Very recommendable! Sounds like great music to me!
Perhaps, the best outcome of the entire G7 Meeting!
What an odd couple! 😊 I don't think, I have seen Modi ever laughing like this before. Meloni is a charm! Her humor is irresistible!
What a pairing: India-Italy, Meloni-Modi or short Melodi
From Marco Polo to Giorgia Meloni!
Notice also how Modi interacts with the Pope!

Why Italian Prime Minister Meloni want to push for equal Africa partnerships with G7 Presidency

Good news! This will be very interesting how Meloni as the new G7 President for one year will implement this. This is her opportunity! Best of luck!

G7 countries and French President Macron want to prevent deep sea bed mining. Seriously!

A lot of mining will be needed especially if renewable energy generation and electric vehicles are to be prioritized and expanded!

Thus, it is highly irresponsible and arrogant of the French President Macron and the G7 member countries to delay deep see mining!

Just a reminder: About 800 million people on this planet, mostly in Africa and Asia, still have no or no reliable access to electricity (Source)!

"... At the UN Ocean Conference in Lisbon, French President Emmanuel Macron said a legal framework was necessary to stop deep-sea mining from starting, asking countries to invest in science to better understand and protect the oceans. ... Simultaneously, the rich G7 countries (Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the UK, and the United States) agreed to implement “the strictest environmental standards” for deep-sea mining, if the activity eventually occurs ..."

"The Group of Seven countries on Friday [7/1/2022] agreed stringent environmental controls should govern deep-sea mining and that they would consent to such mining projects only if they did not seriously harm the marine environment. ..."

Deep-sea mining? It's just not worth the risk. Momentum grows against the controversial practice The activity is questioned for the unknown environmental impact it could have on the ocean.

G7 Summit 2021 pompous photo shoot

The leaders of the G7 have nothing better to do to pose like this standing on a pedestal as if they were movie stars or fashion models! What a waste of time and taxpayer money!
