Multiple women at SpaceX allege Elon Musk engaged in inappropriate behavior and relationships

If confirmed, then these are some very serious allegations!

Or some of these typical extortion attempts rich men are facing all the time (e.g. Trump and a porn star)? A sort of get rich quick scheme?

"Several female employees have told friends, family or the company itself that Musk showed them an unusual amount of attention or pursued them. The billionaire founder had sex with an employee and a former intern, allegedly exposed himself to a SpaceX flight attendant, and asked a woman at his company to have his babies. Former executives and employees say a high-level group around Musk fails to apply his company’s own rules to the CEO, contributing to a culture of sexism and harassment. Musk didn’t reply to requests for comment. Gwynne Shotwell, SpaceX’s president and chief operating officer, said the WSJ’s reporting doesn’t reflect the company’s culture and disputed the “untruths, mischaracterizations, and revisionist history” in the article."

ADA Lawsuit Mills Reach the Supreme Court

Recommendable! Good news! End the extortion racket!

"The Supreme Court today [10/4/2023] hears oral argument in Acheson Hotels v. Laufer, in which it will decide whether a self‐appointed Americans with Disabilities Act “tester” has Article III standing to challenge a place of public accommodation’s failure to provide disability accessibility information on its website, even if she lacks any intention of visiting that place of public accommodation.

The constitutional breadth of Article III standing aside, the case is one that Congress could have long ago have defused simply by clarifying that a consumer who lacks genuine intent to patronize a business, or who could have gotten a defect in accessibility fixed on simple request to the business, has not suffered a cognizable legal injury from the problem.

In the meantime, the case spotlights the enduring phenomenon of mass‐production ADA complaint mills, which may file hundreds of lawsuits against Main Street or online businesses with cookie‐cutter complaint language, demanding a sum of money to go away that is often related to the cost of legal defense. While this is dressed up for its visit to the high court as “tester” litigation, it tends to be a good bit more cash‐driven ..."

Why Is Stormy Daniels Still Not Indicted For Extortion?

Posted: 5/4/2018

As far as I understand the case between former porn star Stormy Daniels (Stephanie A. Gregory Clifford) and President Trump is:
  1. Stormy Daniels did not uphold her obligations under the non disclosure agreement
  2. Stormy Daniels tried to extort a political candidate for money

My advice:
  1. She should be indicted for extortion
  2. A civil suit should be filed against her for violating the non disclosure agreement

Somebody needs to teach a lesson to such greedy extortionists! President Trump would do all of us a big favor following my advice!

Big Government's $13 Billion Extortion Of J.P. Morgan

Update As Of 11/15/2013

Wall Street Journal (WSJ) reported today that the general counsel, Mr. Stephen Cutler, of J. P. Morgan has publicly complained about the fines here (Subscriptions only).

Mr. Cutler kind of helplessly and naive asked in a public panel discussion “At what point does this stop?”.

Mr. Cutler was previously known as an aggressive chief attorney of enforcement between 2001 to 2005 with the SEC. Lesson learnt: Attorneys who worked for big government before are not necessarily the sharpest knife in the drawer. And they might be quite dull when dealing with government attorneys (are you reading this Mr. James Dimon?).

WSJ reports Mr. Cutler “”followed the defense playbook …”. What an idiot! Pardon my French!

WSJ reports that Mr. Cutler “was a key part of the team that approved the 2008 purchases of Bear Stearns Cos. and Washington Mutual Inc.’s banking operations. The hurried acquisitions  ...” (emphasis added). History is full of irony, or is it not.

WSJ reports that CEO James Dimon “has defended the job done by Mr. Cutler. “Steve’s the best at what he does, and we’re lucky to have him.””

Perhaps it is time for James Dimon to step down?
By Any Other Name

What the People have witnessed is a blatant crime committed by big government against a private enterprise. This act is like a partial expropriation! Totally unconstitutional!

J.P. Morgan Chase was the only large bank, which received no bail-out money!

I believe, a lot has already been written about this subject along the  lines I am describing here. See e.g. here, here.

A Crucial Detail

“There's also the detail that close to 80% of the securities at issue weren't even sold by Morgan, but by two failing firms it bought at the government's request, Bear Stearns and Washington Mutual.” (source). At the government’s request is a Orwellian euphemism of what actually happened. Perhaps, one day we will learn more about this “government’s request”.

This should be taught to every high school kid in America!

Jamie Dimon Has No Backbone

Like so many other CEO’s of America’s large corporations he has no spine to tough it out with big government.

Or do the People have to believe now he is guilty of something and he just tried to hide it?

Before I would have forked over $13 billion I would have hired the best lawyers money can buy in America. I think, Jamie Dimon and other CEOs owed this to all the mainstream shareholders of America.
