What is wrong with the Israel-Lebanon ceasefire?

A lot! I have been irritated by this so called cease fire agreement since it's inception!

Israel is not at war with Lebanon, but with the Iran sponsored Hezbollah terrorists operating from the territory of Lebanon!

Why was the Lebanese government incapable or unwilling to address the Islamist terrorism attacking Israel on its territory? A huge failure by the Lebanese government! Almost like a failed state!

Caveat: I know very little about the current situation in Lebanon.

What seems to be for sure e.g. President Aoun is doing little to get rid of the Hezbollah terrorists along the border of Israel and Lebanon.

Good news! It appears, the Lebanese government is getting serious about disarming and ridding itself of Arab militias, Islamists etc. within its territory!

Will Lebanon finally become again a tourist destination like the French Riviera and Beirut the Paris of the Middle East and not be any longer a playground for Islamists and other militants!
