US EEOC Chief Advocates for White Males Facing Discrimination to file a timely complaint. What about white women?

Harvard University creates Office for Gender Equity

Ideology and demagoguery at an elite U.S. university! Battle of the sexes! Males beware it means active and pervasive discrimination against men!

Certainly, this will provide female students a lot of options to deal with men they don't like etc.!

Why is e.g. sexual assault/harassment/stalking etc. not assigned to the Harvard University police department?

"Harvard will form a new Office for Gender Equity, which will bring together existing resources previously housed within the Office of Sexual Assault Prevention and Response (OSAPR) and the Title IX Office ...
which will report to the Office of the President and the Provost ...
In terms of prevention and education, the office will offer workshops ranging from gender diversity and inclusion, to consent education, to bystander intervention and more. This will represent enhanced and expanded programming beyond what OSAPR and Title IX have offered in the past. ...
