The Gop Debacle About Obama Care!

Posted: 7/1/2017

This disaster created and self inflicted by the GOP in Washington, DC is so deplorable! Yes, we all understand that the GOP has only a small majority and it is very difficult. And the incorrigible Democrats are obstructing all the way!

YES, complete repeal of socialist and unconstitutional ObamaCare FIRST!

Hopefully, the GOP is competent and capable enough to accomplish this repeal first and reform of health care later!

Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell ought to be fired immediately for being ineffective and lousy communicators!

The GOP ObamaCare Disaster

Posted: 3/24/2017

First, I did not follow the reports about the twists and turns of the RyanCare act (American Health Care Act to replace and repeal ObamaCare) and defeat in the U.S. Congress very closely.

Some takeaways:
  1. Paul Ryan seems seems more and more to be an inept leader of the Republicans in the U.S. Congress. He should be replaced as soon as possible
  2. Perhaps the GOP should have chosen first only to repeal ObamaCare instead of attempting to replace and repeal
  3. Instead of attempting a rather comprehensive repeal for which apparently there were not enough votes, the House Republicans should have tried to implement a couple of sensible replace reforms of health care such as the same tax benefits for individuals buying health insurance as employers; the free sale of health insurance across state borders; telemedicine and so forth to get started

One can only hope that the Republicans will do much better the second time around! Let’s pray!

Chief Justice Roberts Massively Failed Again

Posted: 6/25/2015

Trampling On The Constitution And Mocking The Law

Today (6/25/2015), the U.S. Supreme Court in a 6 to 3 decision failed to uphold the U.S. Constitution and the laws of the land. Shame again on Chief Justice Roberts. This will go down as a sad or even infamous day in U.S. history.

I have not yet read a summary or the decision itself, thus I rely on excerpts published in the media. It appears again that the Chief Justice came up with a flimsy, untenable reasoning. Hope to add some remarks later.

I have previously blogged about John Roberts first failure regarding Obamacare here. Since then I have blogged here and here about the Chief Justice.

Hope Springs Eternal

One can only hope, that this miscarriage of justice will ignite a storm like the infamous Kelo v. City Of New London decision of about 10 years ago whereafter many states strengthened their private property protections.

One hopes the voters in November 2016 will vote out those who are responsible for Obamacare and for failing to repeal it and vote in a president who means business.

Lastly, we urgently need strict term limits for all justices including the supremes!

Obamacare Is An Obamination!

Posted: 5/8/2015

Do I need to say more?  I don’t think so! (just in case you did not get it: obamination is derived from abomination)

Another one of those many socialist laws passed by the U.S. Congress over the past 110 years or so.

Object Transcending Obamacare

Posted: 8/17/2014

Trigger

Avik Roy of the Manhattan Institute just published his “TRANSCENDING OBAMACARE A Patient-Centered Plan for Near-Universal Coverage and Permanent Fiscal Solvency” proposal called Universal Exchange Plan. Mr. Roy is introduced as one of the architects of RomneyCare in Massachusetts. It is ill conceived and it is not a repeal and replace kind of alternative as claimed. It aims to retain way too much of what ails the U.S. health care system.

In this blog post I will only refer to the Executive Summary of the above document.

Principles Missed By The Manhattan Institute

Any classical liberal would probably approach the healthcare issue as follows:
  1. Get government out of the way as much as possible (not so Mr. Roy)
  2. Establish free markets for private individual health care for every adult and their children (like any other insurance; not so Mr. Roy)
  3. Privatize all existing government programs (e.g. Medicare, Medicaid, Veterans, Chips etc.) using a transition phase and free choice for citizens (not so Mr. Roy)
  4. Employer sponsored health care should be discouraged. Most employers are not in the business of health care. It should be the free and voluntary decision of any employer whether or not and what kind of health care and for how long they offer their employees. (not so Mr. Roy)
  5. Government should only be concerned supporting the really poor with obtaining decent health insurance or to support individuals who suffered catastrophic health events (not so Mr. Roy)

Of course, the many detractors of all persuasions will simply say this is impossible or unrealistic! Is it really impossible to start over towards more individual freedom and responsibility and towards a much more smaller and limited government?

Main Points Of The Proposal

The Manhattan Institute relies way too much on saving Obamacare and fix it like a surgeon.

The Universal Exchange Plan proposes (emphasis added):
  1. Repeal of the the individual mandate and employer mandate
[It does not repeal the insurance mandate, which suggests it does not deal with exaggerated government mandated coverage. This is quite inconsequent.]
  2. Restores the primacy of state-based exchanges and state-based insurance regulation
[Does this mean, there will be no cross state competition of health insurers?]
  3. Medicare reform. The Plan gradually raises the Medicare eligibility age by four months each year. The end result is to preserve Medicare for current retirees, and to maintain future retirees
[This government program like others needs to be phased out, see above principles]
  4. Other reforms. The Plan tackles the growing problem of hospital monopolies that take advantage of their market power to charge unsustainably high prices. [The Executive Summary is moot on how to do that. How about more competition for hospitals Mr. Roy]
  5. To preserve the Cadillac Tax. [What is this good for?]

Conclusion

I think Mr. Roy said it best himself “What it tries to do is to stitch together ideas from all sides to fix flaws in the system, new and old.” (emphasis added). This plan is by its own admission a quilt of flawed compromises suiting political expediency and feasibility. It does not have the citizen of We The People in mind!

Obamacare Employer Mandate Is Unconstitutional

Welcome To The United Socialist States Of America!

That Obamacare with its three mandates, i.e. individual, employer, and insurance, were passed by the U.S. Congress is a troubling sign of the times. The Soviet Union is long dead, long live socialism in the United States.

This employer mandate as well as the other two Obamacare mandates are as unconstitutional as Social Security or Medicare!

As an immigrant to this country I am still stunned how something like this could ever happen.

President Obama’s Unconstitutional Unilateralism

It is very telling that the President does not faithfully execute the law of the land as he has sworn to do so, but to single handedly change the law as he sees fit without consent or consulting the U.S. Congress.

Thus, the U.S. President meets an unconstitutional law with unconstitutional actions.

From An Employer’s Perspective

Why should an employer be forced or incentivized by government to provide any health insurance for his or her employees? Only socialists come up with ideas like that to misuse employers in this way.

It should be completely left in the employer’s discretion whether any or what kind of health insurance is offered to employees or not. There should be no government interference or incentives! This the founders & framers would probably like very much!

From The Citizen’s Perspective

I want my own private health insurance offered by a free market for me and my wife without any or the least possible interference of government.

I do not want my employer to provide me with some kind of health insurance. I want to choose and keep my own health insurance for as long as I like.

Little Sisters Of The Poor Made One Big Mistake

Trigger

See my previous blog post. This is a continuation and more in depth.

A Bit Of History

Once you start getting to know more about the Little Sisters you will be amazed.

They are affiliated with or are in the tradition of the Brothers Hospitallers of St. John of God, a religious organization approved in 1572 by the pope, which was and still is involved in creating and running hospitals for the poor and mentally ill all over the world.

The story of St. John of God is an Amazing Grace like story of a boy who was perhaps abducted from his impoverished parents, raised by foster parents on a farm, joined mercenaries for over two decades criss-crossing Europe, but then devoted the rest of his life to caring for the poor suffering from illness and mentally ill. He became the patron saint of hospitals, the sick, nurses, firefighters, alcoholics, and booksellers. Civil society or humanity would be inconceivable without people like him.

Then there is the foundress, i.e. Jeanne Jugan, of the Little Sisters. She became the patron saint of the destitute elderly. This is an amazing story as well.

Beware Of The Camel’s Nose

The Little Sisters like e.g. so many colleges in the U.S. could not resist the temptation of easy money from the federal government.

According to their website page aptly or ironically titled “Tradition of Begging”, the Little Sister’s mention “As government funds continue to dwindle it is getting harder and harder to make ends meet. Medicaid and Medicare cover only about 60 percent of our operating expenses.”. For a religious order to depend up to 60% from big government largess is a disgrace.

Now, the Little Sisters had to find out that big government in the form of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) better known as Obama Care is coming to their doorsteps imposing dictates, which violate their Christian faith.

U.S. Supreme Court Has A Lousy Search Function

Trigger

Associate Justice Sotomayor just (12/31/2013) granted a temporary injunction to the Little Sisters of the Poor against ObamaCare (a.k.a. PPACA, ACA). Seer e.g. here, here, and here.

The actual order of the SCOTUS can be found here.

Lousy Search Function Of SCOTUS Website

I conclude the court’s search function is perhaps only useable for attorneys!

Just visited the courts website and searched for all kinds of terms (e.g. “little sisters (of the poor)”, “sotomayor”, “injunction”). Nothing came up related to the Little Sisters of the Poor. This more than surprising because the court’s order is captioned “LITTLE SISTERS OF THE POOR HOME FOR THE AGED, DENVER, COLORADO, A COLORADO NON-PROFIT CORPORATION, ET AL.”. Thus, it is inexplicable why the search function does not return anything.

Worse, you can not even sort the search results by date or anything.

In this day and age, this is totally inacceptable!

NPR Is An ObamaCare Propaganda Station

Healthy People On Cheap Sub-Standard Health Plans

I do not listen to NPR (National Public Radio) on every commute to work, but today (11/15/2013) I did.

In the morning NPR intensely suggested those millions of Americans whose health care policy was cancelled just had “sub-standard” health plans.

In the evening, NPR suggested it was just healthy people on cheap plans.

Defund

Sequestration is not enough, defund PBS and NPR of any federal or other taxpayer funds. If this happens, I may consider to donate to NPR.

You Can Keep Your Heatlh Insurance Lie

Is It Impeachable?

I mean the obvious lie by President Obama. I am afraid it is not impeachable. Hope the current President will go down in history as one of the biggest liars there ever was.

My Health Care Insurance

For quite some time I have been covered by private individual health insurance with a high deductible. I am happy with my plan, although the deductible is stiff to say the least, but at under $180 per month at my age, I cannot complain too much, I guess.

My insurer is a well known national partially non-profit health insurance organization with a history going back more than 70 years.

A Letter From My Insurer

Today (9/30/2013), I received a letter from my insurer telling me that my current “plan is a non-grandfathered plan, … This plan will no longer be available starting on Jan. 1, 2015. You can keep your current plan through Dec. 31, 2014” (emphasis original).

A footnote in same letter advises me “THIS LETTER SERVES AS YOUR NOTICE OF PLAN DISCONTINUANCE REQUIRED BY A.R.S. § 20-1380(C)(2)”. A.R.S = Arizona Revised Statutes.

True Bending Of The Cost Curve In Health Care

Update Of 11/2/2013
I just read following article titled “Computer-Controlled Anesthesia Could Be Safer for Patients” in the online MIT Technology Review.

I like computer to take over critical (in particular long duration) tasks from human doctors. Anesthesiologists are very expensive doctors or nurses. I suspect to replace them with computers is safer and a lot cheaper! :-) We just pray the slow and antiquated FDA approves it quickly!

President Obama Is A Superman Of Hyperbole

Thanks to ObamaCare (a.k.a. ACA or Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act) we learnt a lot about that a government run health care was capable to bend the ever rising cost curve of health care. As usual, Big government proponents are easily afflicted with immodesty and hyperbole.

In The Wake Of The Exponential Technology Revolution

I recently read in an article that an app for a smart phone would be capable of performing cheap, basic optometric examinations of the eye. I have seen at least one other article with similar claims here.

Where is IBM’s Dr. Watson when you need it?

Thus, I believe it is quite possible that humanity has finally reached a point where relentless innovation in Information & Communication Technology will contribute significantly to reduce the costs of health care.

In the past, it was an empirical given that medical innovations were rather complimentary to existing technologies and added to the costs of health care. May be not any longer!

Patients Beware!

Bust the Medical Trust of health insurance, medical schools, health professionals, health care providers (e.g. hospitals)!

Keep government and vested interests out of the way!

Thousands Of Employers Will Not Insure Employees’ Spouses Anymore

UPS In The News

UPS made news this week (8/20/2013) by announcing it will end health insurance coverage for thousands of spouses if they can get their coverage with their employer. Here is the USA Today article. The subheading of this article reads: “UPS will follow thousands of other companies this fall in ending health insurance coverage of employees' spouses if they can get coverage elsewhere.”

Import Of The News

First, these news immediately raise at least two questions:
1.       How will employers determine that an employee’s spouse would be able to obtain health insurance coverage through the spouse’s employer?
2.       What if the spouse’s employer has the same policy? Then, which employer will insure the employee?

From these two questions, I surmise in the end a number of working employees’ spouses may find themselves left with the option to obtain health insurance through Obamacare exchanges. Some employers may end to offer health insurance completely.

What will the Obama Administration probably do about it? We know that President Obama does not wait for Congress.

UPS Listed A Number Of Extra Costs Thanks To Obamacare

•Coverage for dependent children up to age 26; regardless of whether they are enrolled in school, are married, or (beginning 2014) have coverage available from their own employer;
•Removal of lifetime and annual benefit limits;
•Fees for comparative effectiveness research; and
•Fees to help fund the public exchanges.

That children regardless of circumstances are can be insured by their parents up to age 26 is an absurdity. Why not until age 50?

Why Is The US Health Care System So Screwed Up?

The news about UPS reaction to ObamaCare is only a symptom of a huge underlying problem with health care overall in the USA.

Big government has severely meddled at least since the New Deal with health care. There should be no tax privileges for businesses to offer health insurance for their employees. If any such tax privileges, they should be exclusively made available to individuals.

Businesses have no business to be in the health insurance coverage business for their employees except they voluntarily choose to do so at their own expense. Employer sponsored health care is one of the worst ideas of the past 60 some years in American history! It is actually a socialist idea, because it targeted large companies!

Most Americans probably do not realize that their health care is already government run by a large extent even before Obamacare. Just think e.g. of Medicare and Medicaid or Veteran Health Benefits or SHIP.

Brilliant, But Incompetent President Obama Lied

President Obama stated “"If you like your health care plan, you can keep your health care plan." Barack Obama on Tuesday, August 11th, 2009 in a town hall meeting”. Well, this is only one example that he is not a man of truth or he is a demagogue.

The Amish People Would Not Exist Under President Obama

There Would Be No Amish, Quakers, Or Mormons
In The US

It is quite clear that had there been more Presidents like Obama and more US Congresses as dominated by an anti-religious Democratic Party in the past, there would not be any Amish, Quakers, Mormons or any other distinct religious people living in the USA. Amish or Quakers or Mormon people are but one proof of American Exceptionalism in this world.

It is also clear that the Obama Administration’s assault on religious liberty is only a culmination of decades of such assaults.

It is absolutely stunning if not horrifying that the current, so brilliant President Obama does not understand this.

Hercules Vs. ObamaCare

This monstrous law is symptomatic for its assault on religious freedom. Like he dumped his longtime racist pastor Jeremiah Whright, President Obama’s disrespect for Christian business owners is breathtaking.

One of the issues is the Obamacare provision that requires companies with more than 50 employees to provide insurance coverage that includes contraceptives, abortion-inducing drugs, and sterilization effective 1/8/2012. Non compliance results in a fine of $100 per employee per day.

Civil Action No. 1:12-cv-01123-JLK

One Christian family-owned company in Colorado sued the Administration. Two thumbs up for that! Defendants, the Obama  Administration, filed a 76 page motion to dismiss “the case in its entirety” (p. 19). In the following write-up I will add my own emphasis to quotes from this motion unless otherwise noted.

Condoms Are Necessary And Too Expensive
For Women’s Health

The language of this motion is often absurd. The first sentence of the Introduction reads “Plaintiffs ask this Court to preliminarily enjoin regulations that are intended to ensure that women have access to health coverage, without cost-sharing, for certain preventive services that medical experts have deemed necessary for women’s health and well-being.”. Later it states “Those women [working at Hercules] should not be denied the benefits of receiving a health plan that includes coverage of contraceptive services without cost-sharing.” (p. 73) As if the women who chose to work for Hercules needed “certain preventive services”. Since when are contraceptives necessary for a woman’s health that they have to be covered by health insurance? “Medical experts have deemed necessary”. Laughable! “Cost-sharing” is a euphemism for at no cost to the employee.

“Many women do not utilize contraceptive methods or sterilization procedures because they are not covered by their health plan or they require costly copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles. IOM REP. at 19, 109; Adam Sonfield, The Case for Insurance Coverage of Contraceptive Services and Supplies Without Cost-Sharing, 14 GUTTMACHER POL’Y REV. 10 (2011) … As discussed above, see supra pp. 6-9, 22-27, despite the general availability of contraceptive services, many women do not utilize such services because they are not covered by their health plan or require costly copayments, coinsurance, or deductibles. … As a result, in many cases, both women and developing fetuses suffer negative health consequences. See IOM REP. at 20, 102-04; 77 Fed. Reg. at 8728. And women are put at a competitive disadvantage in the workforce due to their lost productivity and the disproportionate financial burden they bear in regard to preventive health services.” (p. 23, 73-74). What are these federal attorneys talking about? How expensive are condoms? If other contraceptives are more expensive, why not lower the costs through more competition, market availability, and less medical prescription? So these clever attorneys found one study to confirm that contraceptives should be available to women at no direct costs and be paid for by the general public? Does the Obama Administration really believe this stuff?

A Religious, For Profit Corporation Cannot Be

“Plaintiffs’ challenge rests largely on the theory that a for-profit, secular corporation established to manufacture heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (“HVAC”) products can claim to exercise a religion and thereby avoid the reach of laws designed to regulate commercial activity. This cannot be.” (p. 16).
The phrase “for profit, secular corporation” is repeated all over the document. A company owned by a Christian family is not necessarily secular. A for-profit company can be run under Christian guidelines. The Obama Administration claims some kind of mutual exclusivity here? ObamaCare designed to “regulate commercial activity”? Laughable!

“Nor can the owners of a for-profit, secular company eliminate the legal separation provided by the corporate form to impose their personal religious beliefs on the corporate entity’s employees.” (p. 16). What a nonsense! A corporation is nothing but a convenient, organizational vehicle run by humans. Employees, who hire with Hercules know what to expect, it is most likely not imposed.

“Hercules Industries is a for-profit, secular employer, and a secular entity by definition does not practice religion. It is well established that a corporation and its owners are wholly separate entities, and the Court should not permit the Newlands to eliminate that legal separation to impose their personal religious beliefs on the corporate entity or its employees.” (p. 16/17). Later it reads “Hercules Industries, Inc., is not a religious employer; it is “an HVAC manufacturer. … The company’s pursuits and products are not religious. … Hercules Industries’s overriding purpose is to make money … By definition, a secular employer does not engage in any “exercise of religion”, …” (p. 30-31). This is the kicker! So it is ex definitione? This is a very convenient legalistic argument, but wrong. Behind every business are humans and some do practice religion as in this case. Is the Obama administration imposing something on Hercules or the Christian owners on their employees? So because Hercules produces such mundane, but useful products such as HVAC equipment, it cannot be a religious employer? Laughable! What if Hercules produced Bibles for sale?

Tremendous Harm To The Public

“It would also harm the public, given the large number of employees at Hercules Industries – as well as any covered spouses and other dependents – who could suffer the negative health consequences that the regulations are intended to prevent.” (p. 19). This is pathetic! Hercules has about 265 full-time employees (see p. 28).

Obama Administration Refused To Expand Religious Employer Exemption

“The amendment to the interim final regulations, issued on the same day, authorized HRSA to exempt group health plans established or maintained by certain religious employers (and associated group health insurance coverage) from any requirement to cover contraceptive services under HRSA’s guidelines. 76 Fed. Reg. 46,621 (Aug. 3, 2011); 45 C.F.R.
§ 147.130(a)(1)(iv)(A). To qualify for the exemption, an employer must meet all of the following criteria:
(1) The inculcation of religious values is the purpose of the organization.
(2) The organization primarily employs persons who share the religious tenets of the organization.
(3) The organization serves primarily persons who share the religious tenets of the organization.
(4) The organization is a nonprofit organization as described in section 6033(a)(1) and section 6033(a)(3)(A)(i) or (iii) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended.
The religious employer exemption …” (p. 24-25). Here we have it again the incredible bias against for profit enterprises. I would guess that Hercules probably meets the first three out of the four criteria of the religious employer exemption. By law, Hercules cannot directly meet the first criterion or it would be discrimination. The attorneys for the Obama administration have written a whole chapter about why their religious employer exemption is “neither arbitrary nor capricious” (see p. 64-66).

“In response to comments on the amended interim final regulations, defendants “carefully considered whether to eliminate the religious employer exemption or to adopt an alternative definition of religious employer, including whether the exemption should  be extended to a broader set of religiously-affiliated sponsors of group health plans and group insurance coverage.” 77 Fed. Reg. at 8727. Ultimately, defendants chose not to expand the exemption, as a broader exemption “would lead to more employees having to pay out of pocket for contraceptive services, thus making it less likely that they would use contraceptives, which would undermine the benefits described above. … And defendants [Obama Administration] have begun the amendment process by issuing an ANPRM, which expressly notes that defendants will consider whether “for-profit religious employers with [religious] objections” should be provided an accommodation.” (p. 65-66). So these narrow minded people in the Obama Administration began to realize that for profit is not synonymous with atheism? But look, they only want to provide an “accommodation”, how generous is that? So the Obama Administration could not expand the religious exemption, because they speculate women would have to pay for their contraceptives?

Religious Discrimination Stands In The Way Of A Christian Employer To Hire Or Fire People of Faith

“Nor does it allege that the company employs persons of a particular faith. .Hercules Industries could not, for example, fire an employee for religious reasons, even if its owners claimed that their own religious beliefs required the termination.” (p. 31-32). “The same is not true for Hercules Industries, which cannot discriminate based upon anyone’s religious beliefs when hiring, and therefore almost certainly employs many individuals who do not share the Newlands’ religious beliefs.” (p. 49). Nice contradiction! If they are not allowed to fire, how can Hercules be allowed to hire based on particular faith? So had Hercules claimed in their complaint they do hire persons of Christian belief, then the Feds would have been all over the place. And overall it is a highly speculative argument!

I think, the purpose of preventing religious discrimination in employment situations has been perverted by this Administration.

Obama Administration Dismisses A Non-Profit Charitable Corporation

“Instead, [Plaintiff] defines itself as a ‘non-profit charitable corporation,’ without any reference to its religious character or purpose.”).” The Obama Administration arrogantly dismisses this statement in plaintiffs’ complaint. I would bet we will hear more about it during the trial. Is Hercules perhaps saying that most of their profits are donated to charitable purposes? Unfortunately, the website of Hercules does not appear to express anything about their charitable work or religious affiliation.

Obama Administration Confuses Non-Public Small Corporations And Public Large Corporations

“The Newlands have voluntarily chosen to enter into commerce and elected to do so by establishing a for-profit corporation, which “is treated as a separate legal entity, unique from its officers, directors, and shareholders.” …  Those individuals thereby enjoy limited liability – “an inherent purpose of incorporation” – provided they respect the corporation’s separate existence and adhere to a standard of care.” (p. 35). No family owned small and non-public (I presume) corporation is separate from its owners. Such a business has more resemblance with a proprietorship than what these federal attorneys like to understand. This is a purely legalistic argument.

“In the company’s employment relationships, for example, Hercules Industries – not its officers or shareholders – “is the employing party.”” (p. 35). Humans hire humans. A corporation is only a legal structure to conduct business. Everybody knows that, but not the Obama Administration.

“The owners of Hercules Industries have no right to control the choices of their company’s employees, many of whom may not share the Newlands’ religious beliefs.” (p. 36) Highly speculative argument!

ObamaCare Is Analogous To Social Security And Medicare

“In concluding that the minimum coverage provision does not substantially burden the plaintiffs’ religious practice, the court reasoned, among other things, that “Plaintiffs routinely contribute to other forms of insurance, such as Medicare, Social Security, and unemployment taxes, which present the same conflict with their belief that God will provide for their medical and financial needs.”. Very nice! Here, the Obama Administration attorneys quote from another case in their support. Notice “contribute”. This is a euphemism for mandatory taxes. This argument is specious, because Social Security was established a long time ago (1936?).

A Bogus Claim Of Least Restrictive Means

“Even if there is a substantial burden, the preventive services coverage regulations serve compelling governmental interests and are the least restrictive means to achieve those interests” (p. 37). What a joke! Compelling means government coercion. How about paying yourself for contraceptives? That would be in my view the least restrictive means.

“As an initial matter, “the Government clearly has a compelling interest in safeguarding the public health by regulating the health care and insurance markets.”” (p. 38). I beg to differ. This is a very expansive interpretation as is typical for big governments. What are these paternalist big government busybodies safeguarding?

Obama Administration Denies Abortifacients

“In fact, the federal government has made it clear that these regulations “do not include abortifacient drugs.”” (p.68). So the Obama Administration denies that abortifacient drugs are included with those preventive services. I doubt that this is correct. I suspect that the attorneys are using a peculiar definition of these drugs to make such a claim.

These attorneys who wrote this motion to dismiss should be dismissed for knowingly writing such nonsense at tax payers’ expense.

What Will Christian Employers Do In The Future

If ObamaCare is not repealed or modified, then Christian employer may consider following options:
·         To have fewer than 50 employees
·         May not offer health insurance anymore
·         May go out of business
·         May never establish a business
