Jury Says Bill Cosby (age 88) Drugged and Raped a Woman in 1972, Awards Her $59 Million

Such verdicts over 50 years after the alleged rape took place are insane and injust!

This is a dangerous attack on the legal principle of statute of limitations! This is a serious perversion of justice!

Did any of the accusers come out to report the rape at the time (1972)?

Caveat: I am not familiar with the details of the case.

"After a nearly two-week trial in Santa Monica, jurors found Cosby, 88, liable for the sexual battery and assault of Donna Motsinger. They awarded her $17.5 million in past damages and $1.75 million for future damages, including “mental suffering, loss of enjoyment of life, inconvenience, grief, anxiety, humiliation, and emotional distress.”

Then in a second phase of the trial Monday afternoon, they awarded an additional $40 million in punitive damages. ...

Deliberations lasted about two days.

The decision came nearly five years after Cosby was freed from prison in Pennsylvania when the state Supreme Court threw out a criminal conviction based on similar allegations. ..."

Very recommendable! Will this police officer ever get a fair trial? Or will a future President pardon him? What was done to Derek Chauvin including the timid U.S. Supreme Court is a huge scandal!

Life in prison is probably not easy for convicted police officers! Like a double punishment. Other inmates may come after a former police officer.

The timing of his stabbing is very suspicious! Just five days after the U.S. Supreme Court declined to hear the appeal of the police officer. Just when the 2022  book titled "They're Lying: The Media, The Left, and The Death of George Floyd" by Liz Collin appears to get more publicity. 

There is a strong presumption that had there been no riots and had the truth about the career criminal and drug addict George Floyd fully come out, the sentence of this police offer would have been quite different.

In this case, the police officer was made the villain for political expediency! What a mistrial!

Federal Prosecutors Obtain First Indictments In Capitol Hill Unrest within a few days

So within less than one week federal prosecutors are already obtaining indictments!

More than two months after the November 2020 general elections, We The People are still waiting for any federal investigations into many substantiated allegations of severe election fraud!
