I tend think this is very plausible given the circumstances!

Any real and responsible journalist would stay out of harms way! An Israeli soldier has only fraction of time to determine whether an civilian individual poses a  danger to himself/herself or his/her comrades or not.

The Israel-Hamas war in an urban environment where the enemy does not wear uniforms, uses an extensive network of tunnels, and blends in with the population is extremely difficult! Not to mention how many individuals of the population sympathize with or aide the cowardly killers and mass murderers! Israel deserves a lot of credit for exercising utmost restraint possible given these circumstances to minimize civilian casualties. You can bet, many war colleges will study this war closely!

Then we have these most likely totally inflated civilian casualty numbers coming out of Gaza provided by Hamas and eagerly propagated and repeated by Western media without any questioning. Very disturbing! How many of these so called civilians were actually terrorists or accomplices and so on.

It was all over the news that Hamas has executed in broad daylight about 18 or so so called collaborators in public and putting the corpses on display without any trial etc. Hamas has done similar barbaric acts many times over the years. Unfortunately, I believe, not many Westerners are aware of this.

Thanks to media like wall street journal which had the story on the front page above the fold, where it belongs, including a telling, large picture of the weekend print U.S. edition of 8/23/2014. The story was titled “Summary Justice From Hamas in the Streets of Gaza/BROAD DAYLIGHT: Hamas militants executed 18 people Friday, some on crowded streets in the middle of the day, after accusing them of aiding Israel”.

Why Is The Leader Of Hamas Not Yet Indicted Of War Crimes

I might be wrong, but I believe that none of the top leadership of Hamas is indicted of war crimes by anyone or any organization. It is long overdue to happen Will somebody step forward!

An organization like Hamas that:

1. Launches indiscriminately large numbers of rockets to hit civilian population
2. Uses civilian population as shields for military actions etc.
3. Uses ambulances, hospitals, schools etc. to store weapons or as control centers etc.

is an organization of war criminals and should be treated as such!
