I might be wrong, but I believe that none of the top leadership of Hamas is indicted of war crimes by anyone or any organization. It is long overdue to happen Will somebody step forward!
An organization like Hamas that:
- Launches indiscriminately large numbers of rockets to hit civilian population
- Uses civilian population as shields for military actions etc.
- Uses ambulances, hospitals, schools etc. to store weapons or as control centers etc.
is an organization of war criminals and should be treated as such!
