A Bungler
The German word “Stümper” would even be more descriptive than its english translation.
I have not followed in great detail all of his efforts to deal with the many crisis in global politics we have been facing in 2014, but to me he comes away as a great bungler or just plain incompetent!
Perhaps, I am inexcusably injurious to this highly decorated, flip-flop career politician who happened to marry a rich woman and who was a U.S. Senator for almost 30 years of his life and his claim to fame is his anti-Vietnam war protest.
Strict Term Limits For Everyone In Washington, DC
Therefore, I am a strong proponent of strict term limits for everyone in Washington, D.C. (All federal judges (incl. Supreme Court), Representatives, Senators, federal government employees and so on).
