Wonderful story! The female Polish athlete pierced a heart with a javelin instead of an arrow! She is not only a silver medallist with a heart of gold, but she reaches for the Olympian Gods.

Polish Olympian Donates Medal to Help Infant Get Heart Surgery Polish javelin thrower Maria Andrejczyk did not have her silver medal for very long. Less than a month after winning it in Tokyo the Polish Olympian auctioned it to help pay for a baby’s life-changing surgery.

A most wonderful couple

Recently, I noticed a couple in a major shopping mall. It was an interracial couple, the man was black, the woman white.

The man appeared to suffer from scissors gait (Spastic cerebral palsy), but I am not a doctor. He smiled and looked happy despite his severe disability. He walked along like anybody else in the mall.

They had a small child with them. The whole family seemed to look very happy and they enjoyed being there together! It was a pleasure to behold this family! Amen! God bless you!

P.S. I actually know of another middle aged man with the same kind of severe disability. He comes to visit the same mall several times a week to chat with various, mostly female store staff members. Unfortunately, I believe, he is not married, but he is a jolly good fellow and fun to be around. His strength is amazing and inspiring!
