Cuba is Incubating Lefty Terror Attacks in America

Why is Cuba still a one-party ruled communist country!

When will Cuba libre finally become reality!!!

Latest since the serious Cuba Missile Crisis of 1962, communist Cuba has been a national security issue for the US. and exporter of communism around the world and in particular in Latin America!

"The State Department published a damning report documenting the Cuban communist regime’s nefarious activities in America.

Among the revelations: Cuba has been training over 10,000 American left-wing activists and funding dissent in this country. They have the ability to organize disruptive demonstrations at most military bases and immigration facilities at a day’s notice. ...

Former Venceremos brigadier Karen Bass managed to get elected as mayor of America’s second-largest city. She has advanced causes favorable to the Cuban regime, such as calling to lift sanctions on the communist regime. When the Cuban tyrant Fidel Castro died, she mourned him as “Comandante en Jefe” — commander in chief. ...

Isra Hirsi, daughter of Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.), made a trip to Havana in March. She thanked the People’s Forum for organizing the trip, despite concerns that the organization may be a Chinese Communist Party propaganda arm. People’s Forum denies any wrongdoing.

Some Cuban operatives aren’t as overtly revolutionary and work through more conventional political and professional channels, including nonprofit institutions and political organizations such as the Democratic Socialists of America.

Since 2019, the DSA has expanded its activism related to Cuba. The party has intensified this engagement during the second Trump administration. ...

The DSA sent 40 rank-and-file and governing members to Havana. They met with communist officials, including Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Carlos Cossío Domínguez. The DSA also participated in the trip that sent Hirsi and far-left streamer Hasan Piker — who recently called Mao Zedong “one of the great leaders of this world” — to Cuba.

Fortunately, the Trump administration has accelerated its efforts against the communist-influence network in America. A federal court is investigating far-left China-based billionaire Neville Roy Singham, a chief financier of the nonprofit network supporting communist activities.

Besides the People’s Forum, Singham is a major contributor to Code Pink. His wife, Jodie Evans, is the co-founder. Its leadership includes some of the country’s most prominent pro-Cuba activists, including Medea Benjamin, Claudia De la Cruz and Vivien Lesnik Weisman. A grand jury is reportedly investigating whether Singham’s activities may have violated the Foreign Agents Registration Act. ...

The Justice Department is also seeking the extradition of another far-left financier, James “Fergie” Chambers, who is living in Spain. ..."

Hong Kong: David Against Goliath Again

Posted: 6/15/2019

In Hong Kong (David) versus China (Goliath) history repeats itself!

Citizens of the world stand with the citizens of Hong Kong in their long struggle for freedom and democracy! What an auspicious time at the 30th anniversary of the Tienanmen Square massacre.

I am sure, I have said before here somewhere in my blog posts that Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Singapore have the power to help transform one of the last major Stalinist dictatorships!

Communist Atrocities During Spanish Civil War

Posted: 11/18/2017

How The Left Distorted History

As a german, I learnt many times that Franco and Hitler collaborated. That the German air force bombing of the civilians living in the Basque village of Guernica was early war crime committed by the Nazis. A painting depicting Guernica by Pablo Picasso made this event and the painter famous.

We also learnt much about the fascist dictator Franco

We also learnt how many prominent artists were personally involved in the Spanish Civil War like Ernest Hemingway (communist sympathizer at least early in his career), George Orwell (outspoken anti totalitarian, democratic socialist), and Robert Capa (possibly a communist sympathizer).

What We Were Not Told About The Spanish Civil War

How much the Italian fascist dictator Mussolini was involved in this war.

The heavy involvement of Stalin’s Soviet Union in support of communist groups active in the Spanish Civil War.

Just read this horrible article by the Acton Institute:

I was stunned to read that communist affiliated groups during the so called Red Terror (1931 - 1939) killed killed more than 6,800 bishops, priests, monks (including 13 bishops and 4,184 priests), and religious citizens. “As many as 20,000 churches were destroyed, many of them before the war commenced.” According to this article it was this brutal terror against catholics that contributed to Franco’s military intervention in the Spanish Civil War.

A German Journalist From Vietnam On The Vietnam War

Trigger

Recently (9/27/2013), I came across this article published in the Weekly Standard titled “The Lost Cause/A reporter remembers the agony of South Vietnam” about a German journalist, i.e. Uwe Siemon-Netto, covering the Vietnam War on the ground. A German journalist? I was immediately intrigued.

“He arrived in Vietnam in 1965 … [his] last trip to Vietnam was in 1972”

Summary & Comment

Salient quotes from the article (emphasis added):
  1. “Unlike some American reporters who seldom ventured anywhere outside Saigon, Siemon-Netto ranged far and wide across South Vietnam, dipping in on remote Special Forces bases and brave South Vietnamese Army units who were cutting down from trees the corpses of village elders and their children (including babies) who had been strung up, tortured, and murdered by Communist forces.”
  2. “He describes weeping Marines coming across hundreds of women and children murdered by the Vietcong on their way to enjoy the holiday. Then, slowly, the full horror of the Tet atrocity emerging when it became clear that the Vietcong had targeted at least 3,000 South Vietnamese civilians on written execution lists even before the offensive started. When this fastidious German reporter came upon a mass grave of victims, he was astonished to find an American television crew standing around with idle cameras. The crew refused to shoot the scene because, they said, they didn’t want to film “anti-Communist propaganda.
  3. “Because he loved the Vietnamese so much, Siemon-Netto became deeply angry that the murderous brutality of the Communist side was never fully reported by American or other Western reporters. Vo Nguyen Giap, the North Vietnamese commander, supervised a military campaign that deliberately terrorized civilians, understanding that, in Giap’s own words, “the enemy does not possess the psychological and political means to fight a long, drawn-out war.””
  4. “There is also a touching scene in which he meets an American machine-gunner who was desolate with grief and contrition because the black-clad figures he had earlier gunned down had turned out to be children. But Siemon-Netto makes it clear that the chasm between Vietcong and American murders was galactic in size: The Communists carefully planned violence against civilians, whereas the Americans punished anyone they could prove had committed such acts.”

Germans are sometimes famous or infamous for saying the truth regardless of who is hurt. German directness!

State Secretary John Kerry you should read this book by that German author!
