Did President Trump do too little for minorities contributing to the severe loss of the GOP in the midterm elections

If I am not mistaken, then minorities (incl. black Americans) voted in relative and even unusual large numbers for President Trump in 2020.

However, it appears he lost significant numbers of minority voters in the midterm elections. What did President Trump do wrong?

Marco Rubio as Secretary of State was not enough!
