Will China make Pakistan lease parts of Pakistan-occupied Kashmir in exchange for more loans?

Serious stuff! Pakistan may owe as much of $25 billion to China already. Loan/debt trap policy at work like in Sri Lanka. India is monitoring the situation closely.
