This is another example of very dubious science or medical quackery!
We know that at least 80-90% of young people have little to fear from SARS-CoV-2/Covid-19. We know little about how a fetus maybe impacted by Covid-19 vaccination.
Most likely there were other factors (e.g. malnourishment) in Sub-Saharan countries that influenced the outcomes for pregnant women during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Among hospitalized women in SSA, both SARS-CoV-2 infection and pregnancy independently increased risks of ICU admission, oxygen supplementation, and death. These data support international recommendations to prioritize COVID-19 vaccination among pregnant women."
Johns Hopkins University provided this information in the following, very misleading way as if any pregnant women anywhere in the world were affected:
"Pregnant women are more likely to experience severe medical complications or death from COVID-19, highlighting the case for making pregnant women a prioritizing pregnant women for vaccination, according to a study of 1,300+ women in sub-Saharan Africa. VOA"
