Plus, who else is faking or fabricating those kind of racist incidents in the U.S.? Perhaps, Chinese communist party or Russian provocateurs? Or domestic white radicals?

Are these just pranks by some individuals or is their an organized method behind this madness?

How will these students be punished if at all?
