Caution: This is a speculation!
We are not there yet, but it is probably coming! I think every interaction between doctors and medical staff should be automatically videotaped via e.g. body camera like police officer interactions. Privacy or safety or patient/doctor confidentiality concerns etc. ought not to become a serious obstacle and can be handled fairly easily! E.g. one solution would be a voluntary agreement between patient and doctor.
As the appointment or meeting between a patient and doctors/medical staff progresses AI and machine learning could already process all visual and audio information.
Not least, a few doctors and medical staff are crooks! More honesty does not hurt!
This article triggered my speculation! Why not more than automated clinical notes processing!
