France has proposed a bill that would require owners of e-bikes and e-scooters to register their vehicles.

Big government is never far behind! Did we have to register man-powered bikes or scooters in the past?

I suppose, the average speed of e-bikes & e-scooters is probably higher than that of those that are man-powered.
