Why transgender in LGBTQ is seriously inconsistent and a social construct

Just take the Y chromosome and menstruation! If gender/sex is a so called social construct, so is LGBTQ transgenderism!

Do premenopause transgender men menstruate?

Do transgender women have Y chromosomes?
