This web page has been quoted quite often by climate change skeptics etc.! Unfortunately, I can not recommend it.
This research is not published in any journal and not even in preprint like arXiv. No references, no sources, no methodology etc.
The study is poorly explained etc.! This claim is basically based on only one chart by the author.
However, I dare say the conclusion of this web page that the forecasts/projections of the majority of major climate models are flawed is most likely correct. I think it is pretty much established now that these climate models can not even accurately backcast!
