'Unbelievable' video shows federal Border Patrol agents opening gate to illegal migrants on private Texas property with Texas National Guard soldiers looking on

As a Texas National Guard, I would have immediately warned and arrested the federal Border Patrol agents as they opened the gate for violating the law! These Texas National Guard soldiers were just standing by????
