Scottish politicians are obviously loosing their common sense! As usual, free is not free, but this free stuff will be paid for by all taxpayers and tax paying businesses!
Will men now get free shavers for their daily face care or free baldness care?
What will be next? Free diapers for babies? Free toothbrushes?
