Rote Memorization In Computer Science At UC Berkeley Still Required

This is quite appalling to me! To require such rote memorization from students to pass an exam in the 20th year of the 21st century is incredible! 

The irony of this should not be lost here. Pieter Abbeel is one of the leading AI researchers in robotics and reinforcement learning!
