NeurIPS requires AI researchers to account for societal impact and financial conflicts of interest

The socialist ideologues governing this largest AI conference of the world again are hard at work trying to ruin its reputation! Under these circumstances, as a researcher, I would probably not attend or present anymore at this conference!
