Not exactly the smartest move by the otherwise level headed Norwegians!
While the U.S. under the demented and senile 46th President has basically stopped any new oil and gas drilling etc., while Russia is sanctioned etc. this is not the best timing for such moves!
The world needs more affordable energy not less!
"Norway will not issue licences for energy companies to explore for oil and gas in frontier areas during the life of the current parliament, which ends in 2025 ..."
