Another example of what most likely is one of those too many frivolous lawsuits motivated by financial gain in the U.S.!
What contributed to this lawsuit! Race ideology motivated pseudoscience with several studies claiming such racial bias related to blood oximeters!
Should Apple or other companies offering blood oximeters in response to such lawsuits disable or discontinue selling them, this would be really bad. These devices work most likely work fine for the large majority of the population and they can be very beneficial to monitor one's health etc.! This would be a typical the cure is worse than the disease case!
