The Public School Crisis: Higher Payrolls Associated with Worse Student Performance. Really!

What is wrong with the chart below?

The study covered only the time span 2019-2025. Not enough data (probably you need at least 10 years of data)! For example, it was reported that school attendance is still not back to normal since Covid-19.
