As a NATO member since 2023, this symbolism may have become a little embarrassing.
Did Finland have a fascist movement or political party in the 20th century? I have some doubts. It appears leftists are trying to portray some nationalist/anti communist parties in Finland as far right/fascist parties.
P.S. The Swastika is an ancient Eurasian symbol unfortunately appropriated by Hitler.
