Bad news! Maybe not all is well with the US labor market.
"A faltering labor market is pushing more people into part-time work and roles they don’t want, and that don’t always pay the bills. While the official unemployment rate remains low at 4.3%, a broader measure that includes those who want full-time work but can’t find it and those who have given up looking rose to 8.1% last month. That is the highest level in nearly four years and has been gradually climbing for two years."
About 4.5-4.8 million employees are affected (Source)
