This is now the second, recent murder case of a killer/sniper to write specific messages on bullets! What kind of mental disorder is this to have an urge to write such messages?
Or here is a more sinister interpretation: Was this done intentionally by the killer/sniper so they can plead insanity at trial in court? This would be very clever by the perpetrator! Hopefully, the jury will take this into consideration!
