When Big Government excessively and extensively meddles with the choices of citizens and businesses! Probably, most of the citizens can reasonably agree that smoking products ought not to be sold to minors or that businesses who produce or sell tainted or dangerous products ought to be prosecuted.

No citizen is forced to vape. Any common sense tells a very large majority of citizens that vaping is not good for your health! Any government is within its purview if they provide or promote healthy living information to the citizens etc.

Unfortunately, the United States since President Lincoln has moved far away from limited and small government the Founding Fathers and Mothers had envisioned!
