9 Inspiring Women Who Led the Way to a Better Future | Smithsonian Channel

Not recommendable! Very peculiar and selective in their choice of women! Video is also repetitive and singularly focused on black women. None of the Founding Mothers was mentioned, just one glaring omission!

So the wife of President Woodrow Wilson was actively involved in the cover up of his debilitating stroke during about the last 15 months of his second term? This is supposed to show that a Woman led the way to a better future?

I blogged here, here, and here about highly overrated Rosa Parks and the carefully planned civil disobedience act of hers.

I don't think I ever heard of Carlotta Walls. According to Wikipedia, her only claim to fame is she was one of the Nine Little Rock students. That is all!

The portrait of Hillary Clinton was almost laughable!

The short portrait of Eleanor Roosevelt was interesting! I did not know that she traveled to many places overseas during World War II, e.g. United Kingdom, Guadalcanal etc. The short portrait of Lady Bird and Betty Ford was also a a positive surprise to me.
