Chrome will start blocking resource-heavy ads in August

Bravo Google! It did not read the details, but in general it is good news! This was long overdue! It is e.g. outrageous that videos in ads run automatically without my consent!!!

The so called ad blocker do not work to well either, because more than a few websites refuse to show their content when they detect an ad blocker.
