The most obvious reason is the unwillingness of the coward mass killers of Hamas to end the suffering of the citizens of Gaza Strip by surrendering, releasing the remaining hostages etc!
One other reason could be that no Gazan citizens have come forward with actionable information on the whereabouts of the hostages and the coward mass killers of Hamas.
Had the Israeli Defense Forces received any credible and high value information about Hamas and the hostages, they would have most likely acted by now.
The citizens of Gaza Strip have allowed the Hamas to evolve and hide among them and they still don't want Hamas to be defeated! Very bad!
If the Gazan citizens indeed cover up and protect the Hamas killers, then they it their fault that this war still continues.
