Very simple! Russia must restore the full geographic/territorial integrity of the Ukraine before the Russian invasion of Crimea in 2014 and leave all occupied Ukrainian areas! Nothing less, nothing more! A conditio sine qua non!
Return of all abducted Ukrainian children!
What is in it for Russia and Putin the Terrible? Perhaps no or little war reparations payments for the war crimes Russia committed! Maybe not even a war tribunal for Putin the Terrible given his advanced age.
That Russia gets to keep either Crimea or the Donbass would be absurd!
