2016 intel report was tasked to probe Chinese election meddling, but instead focused just on Russia

For decades, the Soviet Union was suspected of meddling in Western elections and more! I am not aware or do not remember of such efforts by Communist China in the 20th century.

Western countries would be well advised to monitor both countries when it comes to election integrity!
