In technological revolutions of the past it was common that more jobs and new jobs were created. Life improved. New opportunities and use cases etc. were discovered.
With superhuman robots things may look a little different. Presumably, superhuman robots will be with us in about 10-20 years latest unless something drastic happens (e.g. humans ban any further progress on robots).
Will the still increasing world population (currently over 8 billion) become largely a leisure society? Is paradise on earth inevitable? How do you keep billions of humans happy and busy in the future?
Or will humanity's fate be Armageddon, because we e.g. still have not managed to permanently eradicate making war.
Or will superhuman robots eventually take over and make humans their slaves?
Or will humans somehow merge with superhuman robots like robots become more human and vice versa. Humans take over and accelerate natural evolution.
P.S. I do not mean to stop the development of robots. Robots can be very useful in many situations.
