Ukraine attacked Russian border town with missiles and drones and killed a dozen or more civilians

If verified, not a very smart move and it should be condemned! Eye for an eye is not a winning proposition. The Ukraine should have strictly targeted industrial sites or infrastructure or other potentially military targets.
