Why the heck was this information leaked to the NYT!!! What is behind this? Why did the irresponsible NYT even publish this?
If this kind of intelligence sharing indeed happened, did it go too far? Quite possibly!
This intelligence sharing makes the war of aggression by Russia against the Ukraine look like surrogate war of the U.S. against Russia.
Why is the administration of the demented and senile 46th President doing this? To win the mid-term elections (at present it looks like the Dimocratic Party is presumed to loose big time) by stoking patriotism should the war in the Ukraine escalate? To distract from grave issues at home like the mass illegal immigration and rampant inflation? Add to this whipsawing U.S. major stock markets (moving up or down daily by 3%). The drop in stock markets has already destroyed billions of dollars in retirement savings
We are living in very dangerous times. To prevent a World War III should be of the highest priority especially since two nuclear superpowers (plus the UK and France) are involved.
By March 14, it was reported that up to 4 Russian generals were killed in the Ukraine (See e.g. my blog post). In the meantime, it appears more Russian generals were killed in action in the Ukraine.
"The United States has provided intelligence about Russian units that has allowed Ukrainians to target and kill many of the Russian generals who have died in action in the Ukraine war, according to senior American officials.
Ukrainian officials said they have killed approximately 12 generals on the front lines, a number that has astonished military analysts.
The targeting help is part of a classified effort by the Biden administration to provide real-time battlefield intelligence to Ukraine.
