What a travesty! This mass murderer of 77 lifes was only sentenced to 21 years in prion in 2012? What???? So in 2033, this killer born in 1979 could be out of jail again at the age of 54?
If anybody deserved and is qualified for Capital punishment this would be him! All that taxpayer money that is wasted on this monster for 21 years or more!
