Many of the signers are listed having a PhD, but fail to mention their affiliation or institution.
However some signers indicate Oak Ridge National Lab, Georgetown University, Smithsonian Institution, Virginia Tech, "USDA Forest Service, retired", "US Fish and Wildlife/NOAA (retired) "
Many of the listed affiliations/institutions have little to do with climate science e.g. animal hospital. US National Park Service etc.
