I am afraid so. The swift and spectacular victory of the Taliban in Afghanistan may embolden other Islamists! Israel could well become a target!

- Egypt closes Rafah border crossing to Gaza after Israel-Hamas escalation Rafah is the sole crossing between Egypt and Gaza, where an Israeli-led blockade has placed severe restrictions on the movement of goods and people for years.
- Fires break out near Gaza border due to incendiary balloons Three main fires, as well as 10 smaller fires, broke out in Kissufim and Be'eri forests.
