Observe how they use over 1000 percentage increase! Well, if there was one person with Covid-19 before the event, then there are now 3400 new cases. Quite possibly these new cases returned to their most likely out of state home from the event. Given 500,000 attendees or more that is far less than 1% of attendance. Possibly these numbers were inflated anyway!
