It does probably not happen that often that prestigious medical journal like The Lancet singles out a U.S. president for cheap criticism! Some of this commentary is laughable! President Trump is becoming a caricature as a medical populist!
Lot's of hubris here by the medical profession! The medical profession has given lots of bad advice related to Covid-19. Anthony Fauci is one great example of that. He has been director of the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID) since 1984. He is a lifelong bureaucrat and he is possibly a fossil of his profession!
