Deep-sea mining may damage underwater ecosystems for decades

This is what appears to be junk science or is it environmentalist propaganda dressed up as science to thwart vital business opportunities?



I would estimate, we have been considering the mining of various important metals from deep sea floors for several decades. 



It is well known that nature has a way of reclaiming and restoring once damaged areas. Sometimes it takes decades.
