When two of the highest judges of the land meet in a temple in Manhattan

What a setting to discuss jurisprudence! Is it OK for judges to meet in a house of worship to discuss legal matters? Certainly, an interesting take on religious freedom in America.

"... [Justice] Kagan, the second Jewish woman to serve as an associate justice of the U.S. Supreme Court ..."

Footnote: There is not enough sunshine at the U.S. Supreme Court (Hint: Look at the pale feet of Justice Kagan. Just kidding!)
