Nature journal just published a propaganda piece on the U.S. Supreme Court!
When the justices are liberal and left leaning than it is OK with Nature journal!
What a piece of junk!
Curiously, the author of this piece cites a 2007 SCOTUS decision, which declared CO2 to be a pollutant under the Clean Air Act based on scientific evidence! Since when is CO2 a pollutant? Plants like trees need to breathe it. It is largely neutral and harmless to health etc.. Plus such expansive interpretation of existing federal law is dubious by the SCOTUS!
