MIT Sloan: 3 ways leaders can make Black lives matter in the workplace

Blatant systematic racism promoted and disseminated by none other then the elite MIT Sloan School of Management!

Martin Luther King Jr. is spinning in his grave. MLK's Dream is shattered and forgotten! "I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character. I have a dream today!"

To add insult to injury, this professor is an MLK visiting professor at MIT! Incredible! Orwellian doublespeak at its worst! What a waste of money!

3 ways leaders can make Black lives matter in the workplace | MIT Sloan “Racism is what we see in the workplace, where only a certain number of Black people make it to the top and there are systems at work to prevent them from doing that,” said Tina Opie, a 2019-2021 MIT MLK visiting scholar, and associate professor who teaches organizational behavior at Babson College. She is also the founder of Opie Consulting Group, which helps organizations with their diversity, inclusion, and equitable workplace strategies. Clients have included Hulu, American Express, and the NFL.
