90% of all people hold a “deeply ingrained bias” against women

This has become one of the propaganda headlines of the week regurgitated in many media outlets! The headline is based on the latest "UNITED NATIONS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMME Human Development Reports". The United Nations a purveyor of feminist propaganda? Seems so! 

In the announcement of this report we read "... The analysis reveals that, despite decades of progress closing the equality gap between men and women, close to 90 percent of men and women hold some sort of bias against women, providing new clues to the invisible barriers women face in achieving equality. ..."

So some 90% of the women of the world hold some bias against other women? Let this sink in for a moment! What does actually "some sort of bias" mean? Kind of a catch all?
